Start your weekends with a Dance Class!
This is a series of beginner friendly hip hop routines to some cool pop hits. These are group classes, so no partner is required. All you need to do is show up and have fun!
I love sharing my choreography and I can’t wait to dance with you! Wear comfortable clothes to dance in and soft soled shoes. Bring a water bottle and a friend.
I look forward to leading workouts, teaching dance and yoga classes, hosting nutrition seminars and creating awesome retreats where we can get out of our normal routine and reignite our motivation and have fun!
These classes will allow you to connect with myself and others who understand the ups and downs in a fitness journey and in life. I hope to connect with you soon!

BEGINNER YOGA WORKSHOP
Are you yearning to try yoga? Have you imagined yourself gracefully flowing from one pose to the next? This is your opportunity to put your body where your mind is.
At the workshop, you will learn the foundational poses with the proper form and easily transition from pose to pose. With the proper foundation, you will be able to take a yoga class at any studio or gym without fear.Become the Yogi you’ve always wanted to be!
